We offer free shipping on orders over $69 to all locations in Canada!

We normally use UPS Ground, Canpar, Purolator Ground, and Canada Post Expedited or Xpress.

Please note: we can ship to PO Boxes only with Canada Post.

We ship from Toronto & shipping times are typically 1-5 days but are not guaranteed. We are very conscious of the holiday season and try to make sure all orders arrive in time. If you need guaranteed delivery please contact us and we will try to accommodate where possible, there may be an extra charge for faster shipping.

All shipping is trackable and fully insured against loss or damage.

Returns

You can return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt as recorded by the carrier's tracking system.

Anything purchased from Nov 24 to Dec 31 has a return period until Jan 15.

If you have changed your mind: products have to be in new, completely unused conditions with tags on them.

Return shipping is organized and paid by the customer. Please make sure to properly package the product(s) and use a trackable shipping service.

There is no restocking fee.

You can choose between refund or credit (if you wish to exchange for another size or pattern, subject to availability).

If the above conditions are met we will issue refund or credit (your choice) within 3 days of our receipt of the return. Refund is issued to the original payment method and may take a few days to reach your account, depending on the rules of your financial institution. We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of exchange, depending on our inventory levels of the specific pattern(s).
